Warranty

To file a warranty request, please fill out the Service Request Form below. Please note that filling the fields in completely will allow us to service you more quickly. Alternately, you may contact our main office at 407-605-6150 ext. 316.

When we receive your Warranty Service Request, your Construction Manager may need to visit your home to confirm that the item is warrantable. Items described as Homeowner Maintenance or Cosmetic will not be covered under your warranty, your warranty covers Trade Contractor items. Once we receive and/or verify your Warranty Service Request, Craft Homes will submit the information to the appropriate contractor(s) who will then contact you within 48 hours to schedule a service appointment.
